As we all know, Christmas brings with it lots of social events and parties. These functions may be held either on the company premises or at other venues. Many organisations hold a party to celebrate the end of the year with their employees. What happens when these parties turn into disasters? When a little too much alcohol has been consumed and things start to get out of control?
