What’s the good of harmony if some don’t want to sing along?

I mentioned in the last newsletter that the introduction of nationally harmonised Work Health and Safety legislation scheduled for the 1st January had the potential to cause more than just a few problems.

It appears that NECA’s views that the legislation was a bit premature and had not been thought through sufficiently are shared at Government level by the state Opposition.
