Occupational Health and Safety

RACCA provides a range of resources and specialist advice to assist businesses address occupational health and safety issues including; safe work methods, policies, procedures and an industry specific OH&S manual, with accompanying Employee Guide to Safety and hazard/risk identification booklets, which meets legislative requirements.

Education and Training

RACCA, in association with allied training partners, have developed a range of training programs which have been specifically designed for the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry and are provided at discount rates to members.  Programs have a practical focus, so new skills can be applied immediately and cover a range of areas including: business management, estimating and contracting, OH&S, specialist technical, rescue and resuscitation courses, and many more.
